John Ravlic has been in and around government for some 30 years. He brings this extensive experience to clients requiring advocacy and representation at local, state and federal level.
Being embedded in innovation and best practice for almost a decade, John is passionate about researching, developing and implementing next practice for clients wishing to challenge the status quo and explore what is possible.
John works with clients that find it difficult to keep up with technology and customer expectations to leverage organisational development and change management strategies to position them for a new world.
John works extensively with clients adopting thought leadership strategies to develop products/services and capture new markets.
Celia Jordaan
Consultant
Celia Jordaan, has international and corporate experience and has been working in the areas of procurement, tenders, supply chain, logistics and warehousing, fleet management, business risk management and contractor management over this time. Celia’s career started in law as practising
attorney and legal counsel.
Celia is currently consulting in procurement and work with business and procurement teams to improve business performance, manage risks, assist with tendering and improve bottom line performance.
Philip Aquilina
Consultant - Full Stack Developer & BI Specialist
Phillip is an experienced full stack developer and technical business analyst with Uniqco, he has worked with organisations large and small, all over the world to harness their data, drive efficiency and unlock value.
Of notable experience is Phil’s time in the onshore and offshore oil and gas industry, where he worked with global operations giants and built construction and commissioning support systems, instrumental in delivering projects on time and on budget. Phil has applied his experience to enabling Uniqco to manage and capitalise on data by applying unique methodologies in big data analytics, AI and business intelligence.
Phil is also highly skilled in international project management, communication and stakeholder engagement. He has lived and worked across Asia and Australia and currently resides in Singapore where he leads an independent, diverse, international team of developers
Jason Hall
Consultant
Jason has two decades’ experience as a consultant. His expertise in valuation, risk, simulation and analysis of large datasets has been relied upon by a diverse range of clients, across Australia, the United States and Singapore, in industries that include auto parts, mining, oil & gas, fast food, rail, energy utilities, and water. Jason has also worked extensively for government entities including the pricing regulator in Sydney, the New South Wales Treasury, and the Australian Taxation Office.
Jason is a lecturer in finance at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. He holds a PhD in finance and is on the board of the CFA Society Detroit. Jason’s research and teaching experience allows him to address unique and challenging questions using rigorous methods borrowed from academia. This ensures that clients receive advice which goes beyond conventional, but outdated, corporate finance practice.
Belinda Bastow

Belinda is people-focused manager with proven abilities to engage with employee and stakeholders in order to deliver projects and integrate HSE aspects into company and project activities. She gives consideration to protecting the unique biodiversity of Australia when working with my client and support aboriginal groups to protect significant values associated with the areas of interest. This can be seen through her work with the Great Victoria Desert Biodiversity Trust, The Jamukurnu Yapalikurnu Aboriginal Corporation Protected Area Application and the Yilka Land Management Plan. Belinda’s work assists companies and groups with projects from concept through to implementation

Anne has worked in various positions in Local Government since 2009, most recently as Fleet Manager with a team of three coordinators and over 30 operational staff, responsible for managing a fleet of 100 light vehicles along with over 200 other plant and equipment including heavy vehicles.

management, in particular strategy, consultancy and concept development in the railway business, road/rail business, municipal vehicles and special vehicles.
Graham Teede – OAM FAIB

Graham, is a seasoned Chartered Building Professional in Building and Construction Works and whose focus is on best practice in the delivery and management of projects. Utilising best practice for project delivery to reduce project risk and minimise maintenance costs for successful project outcomes.
Graham has successfully delivered a large range of projects from Commercial Projects including Schools, Hospitals, Public Buildings, Multi Storey Residential Apartments and Hotel Projects and Retirement and Aged Care Projects to Underground Civil Concrete Works Projects and major Civil Concrete Works Projects within operating Alumina Refineries and Mine sites.
These projects have covered various delivery methods including Design and Construct Contracts, Novated Contracts, Early Contractor Involvement plus conventional Contracts with normal delivery methods. Including a sound understanding of Contracting and Commissioning requirements for the various projects in a safe and timely manner.
